Log a trip, attach its costs — fuel, parking, tolls — and set how many people came along (up to 8). MileMind totals the shared costs and divides them into a fair per-person figure. You choose which costs are shared and which stay yours.

Does it work out the mileage automatically?+

Yes. Plan the route on the live map and MileMind calculates the distance for you, including stops and the return leg — no need to guess the miles or read them off the odometer.

Can trips count towards my HMRC claim?+

Yes. Tag a trip as business and its miles feed your tax-year HMRC report automatically, at the current 55p and 25p rates.
